Ordered a front wheel kit but they sent…

Ordered a front wheel kit but they sent a rear wheel. Contacted 100g and they said they would send out the correct wheel right away but have not received any information regarding the replacement.

Your bike is is still a bike. But better.

Installation was easy (with some bike knowledge) and it works great. Shipping takes about a month (depending on where you live), FYI. The 100G kit adds negligible weight, and the battery life is excellent for the size/weight of the battery. Highly recommended if you want to keep your ride feeling like a bicycle with some added power rather than a motorcycle.

Fantastic kit !!

I've left my original revues so this review goes back in time to share my whole experiance. I was initially worried about customer service buying directly from china but don’t be, this company has fantastic customer service and always reply promptly, it’s a rare thing these days. Another update ! April 2025 Ive now done about 2000 miles and the kit is FANTASTIC ! my partner got sick of watching me disappear up the massive hills round where we live so I bought a kit for her bike too. it came on time and well packed. As it was the seccont kit id fitted it took less than an hour to fit and worked perfectly, using the app the performance of the motor in almost Infinitely adjustable, so I have set-up both bikes to have exactly the same top speed of 15.5 MPH so we don’t slowly drift apart on long runs. My partners first impression was she loved it ! We have good quality well-loved bikes that now have a new lease of life which don’t look very appealing to bike thieves especially with the battery removed (which is extremely easy) So if you have a bike you love and want to make it electric with an easy to fit high quality kit then you won’t go far wrong with this one. I can see small improvements to the kit but everything is still interchangeable which is great. The new phone holder is also much better quality than the one I was supplied a year ago >>>>>>>>>> Back about 8 months I'm now 600 miles in and still loving the kit but one morning the controller simply would not turn on. I contacted 100g.tech and as always were very prompt and helpful. the problem was with the battery cap which contains the interface to control the speed etc and the Bluetooth link to the phone. 100g.tehc sent me a link on how to remove the cap. Once removed the problem was obvious, water ingress. also the printed circuit board was not lacquered to prevent corrosion in the event of water ingress, due to the relatively high DC voltage applied to the board (40VDC) electrolitic action rapidly destroyed the board beond repair. 100g.tech immediately agreed to replace the cap and I was reqired to pay £16 in postage. (it is clear when you buy the kit you will be liable for the postage cost on any warranty parts). The new cap arrived after about 3 weeks and was simple to fit. I made sure there was a good silicon seal between the battery body and the cap. The bike is back to working perfectly and I still love it. It's worth pointing out that 100g. are not alone in having problems keeping e-bike controles watertight, plenty of the big names and expensive models are prone to these problems. I must mention I can still ride the bike! I simply put my old wheel back on and had my old bike back, not something you can do with a purpose made e-bike. >>>>>>>>>>Here's my original review<<<<<<<<<<< The kit arrived within a two weeks of the expected delivery date. I understand the delay was due to the container ship being diverted round south Africa because of trouble in the middle east. The only downside is the tracking number supplied dose not become active until it reaches the Courier in Europe. This was a bit of a worry after paying quite a lot of money. I wrote to the help line and got a helpful reassuring response from what I believe to be a human rather than a chat bot, which was a nice surprise. When the kit arrived it was well packaged and easy to fit to the bike. The tools supplied were good enough quality to carry out the job and the end result is fantastic. The transition between assist and none assists is very smooth, better than some quite expensive e-bikes I'd test ridden. I've done 300 miles so far and am expecting to do many more.

6 week delivery time , good quality and service,

Within 6 weeks from ordering the e-bike kit was delivered completeley in one package. The package contained even installing material. So after delivery the conversion of my bike took place within a few hours. After 200 km of using the kit, I can say it is a lot of fun...Recommendation!

good product, fit for purpose :)

good product, fit for purpose :) It is quite easy to install: just exchenge the wheel and fix the controller (bottle holder). I attached the bottle holder with 2 additional cable binders and it holds fine. Excellent service: After I experienced a system error during the warranty period I got a replacement controller. Great product and excellent support

The product itself (I've a Geeko Rear) was very easy to install, has a good quality and performs very well. After about one year I had a technical defect and I contacted the company. They were very responsive and suportive. I got a spare part (I had to pay for delivery, but the part was covered by warranty) and instructions. After a short repair it's working again. I can recoomend the product and company.

2 bikes converted, zero regrets

Have now refit two bikes with rear wheel drive systems. First with a complete 350W kit and the second with separate components because I didn't need another battery. The second controller failed after 10mo but support was happy to help and replaced it promptly. Excellent customer service for affordable and user friendly ebike refit system.

Brompton conversion kit 100g

Took around a month to arrive. Easy to fit to my Brompton and works very well, without adding too much weight. Excellent Blair for money

Front wheel kit with throttle.

The front wheel kit is very easy to fit, apart from the molding on the magnet plate that I had to trim down to fit. After a month of short journeys, it's working well and I've only had to recharge the battery today. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was the wait for delivery, expect to wait the full 30 days rather than the other options that get your hopes up.

Great service and good product.

From initial specifying of a system to purchasing the 100G website is clear with a great level of information. Having had experience of fitting electric bike systems I was happy that the 100G Geeko system would be suitable. A technical enquiry by email was answered in detail within 24 hours. I placed the order on the 4th January and the goods arrived on the 7th February - in the time 100G had stated (for shipping from China). The items were safely and securely packed and in excellent condition. A couple of other email enquiries were answered within 24 hours. The only criticism I have is the level of guidance in installing the system. The videos and manuals are a bit short on detail and somewhat rushed. It would be good to see these extended and show each step in more detail. In all it took a few hours to install on an old MTB - first runs on the bike show the Geeko system performs well.

Best kit you can buy for the money.

It was very easy to assemble, just a few components. On my first ride of 30 miles on level 2 support I only used 25% of the battery. The range is great, I would assume 100 miles. Overall very happy so far. Greg

Everything was really good

Everything was really good. I would rate 5/5, but maybe just a tad improvement in communication on the ship status from China would be a bit better. But all and all a good experience. Really like the product.
