The E Bike conversion kit is useless

The E Bike conversion kit is useless, it does not work. I need an exchange or my money back.

Two sets, one perfect, the other OK

i have bought two sets. The first one is with the 250 W motor and the solid battery, the second set is with the 350W motor and the max battery. The first set is used by my wife and she is very happy with it. The ride is smooth and the battery lasts about 80 km using level one and two. Only the battery level is not really accurate. My wife is using her phone to switch between the different supporting levels. Sometimes setting the levels is a bit difficult because the app is not responding too well. I am using the second set. The power of the motor is great. I have quite often the problem that the motor stops supporting, in these cases i need to stop peddling for a few seconds and when i start peddling again the support is back. I reseted the system a few times already setting all the parameters according to the motor and the bike, but is still happening. I am using level 2 most of the time and 3 and 4 some times. I go for sure faster then my wife does. My battery last me about 80 km too. Funny think, the battery level on the display is quite accurate. Fitting the system to the bikes was quite easy. We have used the sets for about 300 km now.

I bought the front wheel hub motor kit and that is exactly what I received. During installation, I made a mistake so I contacted Customer Support and I received a rapid and helpful reply. For their 'Show Geeko - Get Rewards' offer I made a YouTube video of my kit and I received the promised $50 refund to my bank account. Several weeks later and I am completely satisfied with my E-bike kit and I have no hesitation in recommending 100g Tech.

Has renewed my passion for cycling!

Not going to lie... I did not expect this product to work. All other products on the market were so complicated and this one looked too easy. But it had good reviews so I took a chance. I was able to install it myself in about 20 mins and it just works great! Online sizing when choosing a model is very accurate. Great communication about order status while waiting for shipping. Sleek design. It has renewed my passion for cycling - love everything about it!

I love my Geeko

I love my Geeko! Relatively easy to put on my bike. I still get a good workout as I stay in the first (1) power. My battery still has 30% after 75 miles of riding.
