Superb kit

Superb Delivery made in full within timescale Clear instructions for install, took around 2 hours to fit and adjust cables,brakes. Fitted to Giant Roam hybrid cycle ,works very well, rear "push" is a joy Used an old mobile phone to use as controller to initially see mph,otherwise battery controller is more than adequate.

Web site was easy to navigate, the battery sizes where supplied with printable templates so you could check they fit which is very useful and there is wheel options to match the original wheel. The product was dispatched within a few days but unfortunately the tracking wasn't working and it took around four weeks to arrive which caused abit of anxiety. Any email I sent was dealt with within a few hours. So what I'm trying to say is I would highly recommend this company for their customer service.

Overall good and smart product

It works

It works, I could mount it as expected. A bit late for delivery but reasonably. The assist is not perfect, as it does not detect torque well when already pedalling, only when you have stopped 2-3 second before... It's changing my life anyway, and I've kept my trekking bike with crazy gears and capacity. The 36V/20Ah battery seems enough for a lazy assist-5 70km trek with few hundred meters of climb, with light and charging my phone. If I reduce assist level, cut light and charging, it should be better. Battery is heavy, but me and my bike are too, no free lunch. Associating the Geeko with my phone was easy, and also with the phone speaker via bluetooth... Note that light and phone charger/speaker are switched on-off together, I could only change the highbeam/lowbeam, not cut it . Happy to have seen that assist follows french regulation to be limited to 25kph by default, even if it can be changed with an admin password. so, it works, as expected.

I bough a Geeko electric conversion kit and have had a fantastic experience. The 100g team were really helpful through the whole process and answered all my questions about which kit was suitable for my bike fully and promptly. Now I have the kit and have installed it (which was a really smooth process) it’s performing even better than I expected - smooth and powerful with a great battery life and sleek design. I wanted to customise configurations once I’d ridden it for a bit and again, the team responded quickly and with the right info to help me navigate the app and tweak torque and speed settings. I was also surprised at how little rolling resistance the motor has - much less than some other e-hubs. I would recommend to anyone considering buying the kit. It took a few weeks to ship from China but was easily worth the wait. Great service, great quality and great design. 100G are 10/10!

Excellent customer service and support

I needed a replacement part (battery bracket) for my 100g Geeko rear ebike conversion. I contacted 100g support and sent a picture. They promptly sent me the needed part at no cost other than shipping. It arrived quickly, it was the right part, and I'm back in action. This company has had A+ customer support throughout my experience with them, not to mention that their product is excellent.

Liked it so much bought two.

My first conversion was a 20” Rear Drive for a Bike Friday. Really liked overall performance but sold the bike. Now have a 16” Brompton front wheel. The newest crank speed sensor works but is easy to knock out of alignment. Think the old style might be better. Run the Brompton with power off or Level One, sometimes putting in Level Three for s long stiff hill. Great support when I needed a part.
