The system is good, well made and easy to install. What is a little annoying is that the charge level indicator fluctuates a lot (with a high load the percentage drops significantly and then increases again with less load) and the drive always responds with a little delay with its support. Overall, though, it is very good.

Communication and responsiveness of their support was great. I was worried about buying something overseas, but they respond quickly to questions.

Cycling transformed.

The company is very good at keeping the customer informed as to the process of the order. Yes, it was a bit of a wait for the parts to arrive, but China and Ireland are a fair bit apart from one another! The Geeko system is very well put together and nothing about it seems cheap or shoddy. It took me about an hour and a half to assemble it onto my bike and most of that was me making sure the wiring was tidily cable-tied. It looks very neat on the bike. Most people wouldn’t suspect it is now electric. 100G sent all the tools you might need, and even though I used my own, it’s another plus point for the kit. So far I’ve only ridden about sixty miles or so, so I’ll give a fuller review later on YouTube. I can say however that so far I am really happy with it. It is quiet, as powerful or discreet as you want it to be and transforms hills, which was my main aspiration. Sometimes you wouldn’t even be aware that it is working – until you turn it off! If anyone is considering buying this kit, I for one would be happy to thoroughly recommend it.

Great product and amazing service

Great product and amazing customer service!! Rarely write reviews but thought I would make one. Have the rear kit and it works almost exactly like I want the ideal e-bike, especially with the extra strength in uphill. I could continue to use my quick hybrid instead of a more traditional heavy one and much lower cost. Have had two small issue and some questions before buying and got excellent support. First issue was the lock (got a new one for free but decided to use a velcro strap instead and remove the battery when not used). Second one was with the battery turning off by itself. Thought I had to buy a new one since the warranty was out but got a new cap for just the shipping cost.

The fact that my mountain bike is electric now is awesome! It took some tweaking but it is now dialed in and it works great. Went for a 32km ride and battery was at 69 percent when I got back. Kept it in 2 or 3 most of the time. Fairly easy to set it up. Forks on my Norco Torrent were not the right size. Used my Giant Sedona instead. Works great! Battery charges quite quickly. 2 hours. Love it!

I had an odd noise coming from my motor. I contacted 100G ....with a short video of my problem it was agreed a new part was needed under warranty. The problem was sorted very promptly

Warranty of any part means to pay shipping costs , that are quite a lot each time. Global poor quality, not worth the price.

Had some problems with the male and female connectors and tried to fix it myself but failed due to it's minute size and cicuit board issues. Emailed to 100G and they understood my problems and was willing to repalce the parts free of charge. How great was that? More than Fantastic!!!
