Very convenient to have a tech come to the house to install. Pricing of the battery was competitive. I wish the installer was a bit more pleasant to deal with.

Purchased a battery back in Feb 2024…
Purchased a battery back in Feb 2024 and it only lasted June 2025. They came out and replaced the battery as it was under warranty and within a week my vehicle will not start and had a diagnose performed on my vehicle and the battery need to be replaced. Called 1800Battery to let them know the issue and they said i no longer have warranty. I went and purchased a battery form a local store and come to find out they placed the incorrect battery on my vehicle. I cannot get a refund as I no longer have the battery in my hands utter rip off. I will no not recommend this place of business to anyone.

New battery was installed Saturday…
New battery was installed Saturday morning. Vehicle started. Tried to start vehicle at 6:00pm Saturday, but it was dead and would not start. Called and text 800-battery 7:00pm Saturday informing of no start. It is now 11:00am Sunday, and I am awaiting call back and followup appointment.

Ordered my battery at 12:15pm. Hours later someone called and said my eta was between 5-6 pm. Ok no problem because I don't start work until 7pm. Then around 5:45 driver calls me and can't find address...stood outside in the rain waiting cuz he said was on my street ...well he couldn't find me because 1800 battery gave him my street address in a whole other city! So I told him the proper address and eventually he made it here and had my battery installed around 7pm! Needless to say I was late to work and also written up. So on top of the ridiculous amount 1800 battery charges anyway, I lost wages at work and a blemish on my record. Long story short, don't make any plans and be prepared to be frustrated plus your pockets low if u plan on dealing with this company

We were first surprised to fine this type service available to us, and pleased we did. This was one of the easiest on-line services we've ever used. In less than 2 hours my wife's car had the correct battery installed and ready to go! The service tech was most pleasant and knowledgeable. We didn't even realize her battery was located under the passenger seat! Being retired seniors, this is a service we'll use again if and when needed.

A little outside the arrival window, but 2 hours after purchase is a lot to expect. Helpful technician. Brought it right into the garage. There were issues on my side, so I just installed myself at a later date. Tech had some diagnostic tools which helped.

Everything was so seamless, so easy. We ordered the batter needed and the installation and less than three hours later our battery was installed and the car ready to go. Our car’s battery is difficult to install but our technician was very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. We’re very pleased!!
Poor experience from installation to warranty support
First off they send completely inexperienced people to install my battery. I only paid to have it installed because I knew I had to remove a few things to get to it. I ended up doing most of it myself. Then they billed me extra for the "extra" work, just horrible people. Then to boot my battery has died after less than a year and they will not even look at it until I pay them 125$. I cant imagine anyone thinking this company is worth dealing with. Any local car parts store would be a smarter option.
Refund me my deposit
Refund me my deposit. Don’t deliver dead batteries. Don’t have your clients waiting for two days to receive proper service. Train your managers not to be dismissive. Honor your warranty. Treat your disabled veterans better.
This is as easy as it sounds
I like that I can do everything on my phone and everything is taken care of. I have used the service a couple of times. One of the times my battery was under warranty and I still got the exact same service and just paid for the tech to come out. Every single time it's easy and you get communication as things start rolling and before you know it attack is on the way to get a battery in your car. I will continue to use their service it's just so convenient

The battery in my Sprinter motorhome died. I called 1800battery and a technician showed up within 3 hours. Ismael was polite and professional as he installed the new battery and made sure I was able to start the vehicle before he left. This saved me so much time in calling around and waiting for an appointment. I highly recommend 1800battery to anyone who wants a battery ASAP!
