Ordered some face masks in late Jan, received email immediately and was told that the order has to be cancelled and I will receive full refund. They claimed to have passed that to the refund/ finance team but nothing has happened in 3 weeks. Emailed them and was told they will check. Now 6 weeks since the order has been cancelled and I still haven't received any refund.
Updated on 12 April: Now I can confirm that I have received the refund in mid-March which was paid back to my credit card used for the purchase. The refund took over six weeks but I am glad that this has now been resolved.
The items I ordered are out of stock and the company said they'll give me a refund. It's been a month of waiting for my refund but still no updates. They did responded by email but it's definitely not convincing and promising.
Would be much better if they could speed up the refund process or at least give a deadline for the wait.
The items I have ordered are out of stocks but 1Outlets still charged me by credit card. the problem was they charged me in different currencies, that meant even they made the refund and i still have to pay the ex. rate difference.

Even though my order was not able to be supplied timeously, I received regular feedback and when I requested cancellation and refund, this was handled almost immediately and 100% to my satisfaction. So even though I did not receive my order, I will still do business with you guys.
The service was efficient but the product I ordered came with an expiry date of 04/2020 and I received the order in 02/2020 so the product only has as two-month use time.
I ordered masks in early of Feb but I found that some people said this is a scam website, then I felt I will lost my money. After around 10 days of my order, I have received a refund e-mail and a phone call from 1outlets staff who told me they are processing the refund. I received the refund very fast. They are responsible but hoping that they can be managed better as like this special time.

Although i cannot get any of my products, and the communication were a bit mess. It took long time to get reply from their CS team. Plus I read some bad comments which scared me.
But I’m appreciated that they finally follow up all my 5 cases and called to confirm.
My refunds had been fixed in 3 weeks.
