Very disappointing experience with 1Outlets. I placed an order on January 30th (Order #1000351430), and more than 3 months later I still haven’t received my item or any clear update. I have contacted their support multiple times by replying to the confirmation email, but the only response I keep getting is an automated message saying “a colleague will respond.” No real help, no follow-up. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Long delays, no communication, and no solution. I have now requested a full refund. I would strongly advise others to be careful before ordering from this website.

I have been ripped off. They have not provided the product I paid for over a month ago. They have not given me a refund. Every email they send is a generic response and seems to contradict itself. I wish I had known to this this website before spending money with them as I can see very similar feedback. Total fraudsters.
It's a Scam Seller
1Outlet is beyond shady, it's a disgrace. Their scam is built on taking people’s money without attempt to deliver products, then hiding behind silence or Giuliana the AI Bot telling you "I am passing your request to my colleagues to help you check on your order and update you asap." That has been my experience with an order I placed in February, and automated response emails right now that are like the middle finger. No legitimate business should operate like this, I have reported this to the SPF. I have also contacted the founder Jack Wong (of Simba), whose contact one can easily find through a cursory internet search. According to its own site, 1Outlets is operating under PruBuy and Simba, founded by Jack Wong. If you look up their registration (number they make available on their About Us page) there are three people linked to this operation. When you look at the address under Google, its location in Singapore is permanently closed and comments are closed. The contact telephone number is fake and has no actual account attached to it. If you look at what they publish under legal and return policy section of their site, it is clear to me that they are setting the table to make it impossible or difficult to get a return for non-delivery of goods, and at the very best give you "store credit" for goods it is questionable if they even have. Don't waste your money on these crooks.

It's a scam. It seems to be a normal business at first, you get a confirmation notice, letting you know it might take a week or two longer than expected. Two months later, I still haven't received my package, they customer service person forwarded my info to her colleagues who are unresponsive. The phone number they have on their website doesn't connect anywhere. Trying to find out where to report this business for fraud.

I had palaced an order on Nov. 2025, on Janury once didnt get any Tracking info, I have approch them and they said it was never shipped and credited my account. I asked for fully refund to my CC and they said it takes another 30 days, but since then and 3 monts passed, didn't received any refund nor any reply to my e-mailmsgs. How can I get my money?

Truly awful service
Truly awful service, I advise people not to bother with this site. It took them over four weeks to get in touch to say my order would be cancelled and a credit note would be on my account, however there is no credit. I didnt want a credit, but my full return of the cost of what I spent. Emails continue to go unanswered and this issue is still unresolved.

I waited for a few months for shipment, Then "returned from the custom", Never delivered, Ofered in-store credit, Customer service fine till the moment i asked for my money back. Ever since, no reply anymore. I paid for my stuff 21.Sep 2025. It is 22. Feb 2026. I never got anything. DO NOT BUY! ANY GOOD REVIEW COMES FROM THEIR PEOPLE. NONE GOOD REVIEW IS HONEST.
