It took me 10 minutes to find a download link for the Mac App. Everything led me to the web login, but I did not log into my vault on the web, I wanted to download the Mac App. 1Password replied to this review, providing a link where I can download the App, but I it took me way too long to find that page, as it is not linked from the main page, at least easily findable, like under Downloads in the top navigation bar, where it should be. So my complaint stands, the download link is hidden. By the way, I also couldn't find a way to contact support on the web page.

I have been a long-time user of 1Password and have found the application indispensable not only allowing me to create a unique password for each of the thousand plus websites I've accessed, but it as affords me the opportunity to securely store documents and other confidential information. When they introduced two-factor authorization, I thought it would add another dimension to the security of my most precious data. Because I generally only use the application, I haven't had to use this extra layer of security until I wanted to upgrade to 1Password's Family Plan. This can only be done by logging in online and I could not for the life of me figure out my two-factor codes. After a rigorous identification protocol, appropriate for such an application, and patience with my many failed attempts to follow their directions, everything was solved, and I'm breathing a lot easier. A world-class application has world-class customers support as I can attest.

A pretty handy software to manage all your passwords across multiple devices. Feeling more secured than storing all login credentials in chrome (of course, chrome's auto fill is more convenient if that's what you are looking for). The customer service team was pretty helpful, replies were quick enough and they even reply during weekends.
