I have been using 1Password for over a year and I find it superior than Lastpass, which was frustrating at times. I will continue to use 1Password for the forseeable future.

1Password is my go-to password manager. Easy to use, works with many browsers and apps. Also, super friendly to open-source organizations!

A great password manager however the only negative point is that I do not like is the integrated 2FA since in a data breach tthe hacker obtain access borth the credentials and the 2FA and therefore the MFA end up pointless.

Great tech support team!
The 1password tech support team is really knowledgeable. (Shout out to Meg and Brendan!) I like being able to get help from someone who's on my level instead of having to go through a tiered system. I feel good knowing that my passwords are secure but I have a few small gripes. On my last password manager, before this one, there was a button to automatically generate a password and save it to my vault. I liked that. The 1password website has a password generator webpage but it's very hard to choose your password length using a slider bar on mobile. On Android 12, I have my 1password set to require my password to be re-entered weekly but sometimes it won't switch back to the fingerprint sensor until after a reboot of my smartphone. I think 1password is worth the money though. It is better than the free password managers available to choose from.

Awesome product support
1password support team helped me significantly with a migration issue I was encountering. The service was excellent even though I have a trail membership. I'm really happy with my switch to 1password!

1Password tech support: Best in class!
I have enjoyed using 1Password for years. Last night after 11:00 PM I learned about their amazing tech support. I sent a question to their support email address and received a clear and helpful response within the hour. They responded to my follow-up questions throughout the night, providing extra context (and empathy!) to help me understand the different 1Password tools. By the time I woke up this morning, my issue was already resolved. Best support service I've experienced.

Excellent product and customer service
Have been a 1Password user for many years. Aside from a great product, 1Password consistently offers excellent customer service. I wish other companies would be as attentive and cared as much about their customers.

Robust technical password storage, and great staff.
I work in the IT industry so picking a password manager requires specific technical points to be considered. 1Password has a clear but technical documentation of their encryption system and password security. Separately I have had reason to interact with both technical support and customer support. In all cases they have been professional and helpful.
