The delivery team was excellent, but they notice that some of the pillows looked not normal after unpacking them. They told me to give it 2 days to see if they go to normal form... I contacted 7th avenue after 2 days because the pillows still dont look right.... That was almost 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the "amazing customer service" to call or contact me to fix this....

We've had an outstanding experience with 7th Avenue from the moment we walked into the showroom in West Hollywood. The service truly felt first-class every step of the way. Dan Kravets, our sales associate, was a joy to work with, as well as incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while we made our decision. He was available via text whenever we had a question which we really appreciated.
The white-glove delivery team was punctual, professional, careful, and efficient, making the whole process completely stress-free. Quality control was on it, as Griffin immediately inquired if we needed a replacement pillow cover after noticing a discrepancy in the photo of the set-up sent by the delivery team. We had originally requested a different color accent pillow but changed our mind afterwards. The support team handled the replacement promptly and without any hassle, which says a lot about how they stand behind their products.
The couch itself is an absolute dream - it’s so comfortable it honestly feels like sitting on a cloud. We are so glad that we opted for the super soft high performance velvet fabric. You definitely get what you pay for here. The quality, attention to detail, and level of service are well worth the investment. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a healthier, non-toxic couch with stain-resistant and washable fabric. JP and Alex had the best service from the start. They texted me day of delivery to let me know their ETA and showed up earlier, which worked out for me. They were careful bringing everything in and instructed me on how to change the covers if needed. I felt comfortable with them during set up, which was about 2 hours. and was more than appreciative for them to put it all together. I love my new couch and couldn’t be happier!

The sofa is absolute gorgeous. So comfortable! The entire process, from my visit to their showroom, to the delivery and white glove installation, was perfect. My order was ready in about two weeks, which was faster than the wait time quoted. Aaron was the main delivery guy and he did an amazing job! We are really enjoying our couch so far and like how customizable they are. We also had a good customer experience. The showroom in San Jose was very big and we were able to look through all the swatches and fabrics and take a few home to compare to our space. We also had a great experience with the delivery team. The first delivery we had some issues and stains on some of the seat cushions and the delivery team immediately took the initiative to reach out to the vendor to fix the issue. Frankie from customer support personally reached out to help with the replacement. We got the replacement out in no time and the delivery team Eddy and Santiago were so helpful. They even steamed all the covers and fluffed all the pillows. They were very friendly and showed us how to re-arrange the configuration.
