If you are in need of parts in a timely manner I would highly suggest avoiding ordering from 8 Ten. I received half of my order quickly, but the other half was shipped from Canada, held up in customs, then lost. No one can tell me if or when I will recieve my parts. Instead of shipping out the parts to me again 8 Ten offered to send me a return label for the portion of the order I have on hand. I need the parts...not a refund. I guess I will buy local, which is what I probably should have done in the first place. Not great customer service on their part.

Shipping was great until the postal service held it for 3 days 47 miles from me not 8tens fault Blades are of excellent quality way better than other blades I have used before wil be the go to blades from now on highly recommend them to bad they don't use a more effective method of shipping instead of U.S.P.S

Customer service is exceptional in assisting to get the correct parts. The parts arrived three days later and installed flawlessly. For less than the cost of a single spindle from Cub Cadet, I was able to replace all three spindles. Yesterday, I effortlessly cut the lawn, which was tall and heavy in places. The replacement spindles provided for a smooth and level cut. Thank you!
