our love seat came it damaged from shipping (stuff happens)...afa made it right by replacing the damaged item, we are very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the furniture....very pleased with this company

I would definitely recommend and order again from Afastores. Both items ordered were received within a month. A few hiccups - the coffee table came without the end table and I received emails saying both had delivered. Also, items came FedEx so there was no unpacking and assembly which I paid extra for. Afastores was very responsive to my emails. The assembly amount was refunded immediately and they kept me posted on the delayed delivery of the end table which also came Fedex within a week.

When i ordered it said 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. I got a call from delivery that it will be week of August 24th. Was disappointed. Maybe work on that communication with your customers.
