Very happy with the fireplace TV stand we bought! Great quality, and good service. I bought the white glove service. Well worth the $150.

Still don’t have desk!!

Still don’t have desk!!! They still have wrong address to ship items. After your company told me twice it was communications with them. Ordered June 6!!! July 13th rescheduling again!!!Will not order again from you guys and will not use this shipping company for anything! They don’t take calls and just keep blaming you if they ever get back to you

Excellent customer service

I had an excellent experience with AFA Stores, despite an issue with the product they sent me. I ordered a console table (which they did not manufacture), but it arrived with a defect. They promptly sent a new one with no issues. That one also came with a small defect. But AFA Stores offered us compensation that was more than fair. Customer service was responsive, friendly, and helpful. They really stood behind their product here. I would order from them again.

zero. because… I refuse to give any kind of rating to an online retailer that requires me to give a rating when I have not received the item I bought. Fix your system, and then I’ll reconsider.

So the mirror arrived damaged. What happened next was an extremely responsive customer service team that came to my assistance and handled this through when the replacement mirror was delivered. Kudos to customer service for a job well done! Thank you!

BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Customer service is Non Existent!! Cannot speak with a live agent!! You have to send an email, and then you receive a response telling you they are overwhelmed with emails and there is no telling when they will respond back!!!I furniture is late, way late…they take your money and don’t even have the furniture in stock, hoping you won’t try to get your money back!! Good luck on that!!!

You did great! The furniture piece we ordered was exactly as pictured, was very well packaged and arrived in great shape. It also did leave your warehouse in the time frame promised. We love our new piece. However, I can't say as much for the delivery service. The 1st leg of the journey from Houston took longer than we expected but I understand it was just one piece so probably waiting for a full load. The second freight company took 10 days to deliver it after they received it and they are only 55 miles from us. They also never came to the door and just left the box in front of our garage in plain sight. My husband was home waiting for them. Luckily I came home about an hour after they dropped it off. It could have been taken by anyone driving by

The company kept me up to date on each order and delivery. One of them was delayed and it was clearly communicated via email on when to expect it. It actually did come earlier than expected, too! First time user on this site and I was pleasantly surprised, thank you!

Great experience!

I was concerned due to many of the reviews about backordered items and extreme difficulty resolving problems. However, the price was the best by a mile, shipping was available (and includes), and I really wanted these chairs. Happy to say that everything went extremely smoothly. Fast shipping, well packaged, and the chairs are great! Glad I gave it a shot despite a lot of negative feedback online.
