The instructor was excellent. Course content was made clear, fun and engaging. Well done! Course handouts could be re-ordered slightly to aid in better flow - I think this was instructor preference, but it worked well to convey info in a logical flow.

A well paced and informative training session

The communication leading up to the event was clear and timely. The training conducted by Ray was well paced sprinkled with breaks which helped in understanding of the content. I garthered quite a few reference materials (books, videos, websites, coaching techniques) from the discussions during the training.
