Travelled from the UK to Beijing, then on to Hong Kong and Macau. On arrival in Beijing, Airalo just worked. Minor hiccup on arrival in Hong Kong, but connecting through WiFi, their support bot knew exactly the problem, and sorted it out in less than a couple of minutes. After that, travelling to Macau was no problem, and the data Airalo suggested I'd need was pretty much exactly right. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

i always use Airalo when i travel as it is very reliable. almost always get a solid signal. one suggestion: when time/service expires, it may be a good option to offer a 1-day package as many times i don't need to take another 3-day service.

Scam, you buy and unlimited data package and then they have a 3gb fair usage. After you’ve used you 3gb you can’t do anything on it anymore. Complete scam how can they get away with saying it’s unlimited when it’s clearly not. I spoke to their custom service and they were no help at all and could get rid of the fair usage.
