Many travelers also highlight the seamless drop-off and quick pickup process, noting that vehicles are routinely ready upon return and that rates remain very reasonable compared to standard options. Terrible pickup experience at the end of our trip
The car dropoff and drive TO the airport were fine, but the pickup on our return was TERRIBLE. We waited at the airport for an hour, the driver drove around and around the airport and took more than 15 minutes to get back to the lot. When we finally got there, our car was not ready and out for us to drive home. All in all, a really bad experience.
