Good experience over all

For a rather large airport and I'm a person that does not fly very often everything i thought was fairly easy considering. Lots of signs of where to go. I was also surprised how helpful and friendly staff was.

slow shuttle service both ways

The low rating is b/c of their transport service to/from the airport. My car was stored safely during my trip and all employees were professional. Their transport service is operationally challenged. On the way to the airport, the driver chose to drop off passengers who had stated they had extra time, in a manner that required him to double back to my terminal. With all the construction at the airport, this added significant time. The return trip was also poorly organized, with our driver being told to wait at terminals for passengers that never arrived. Although the shuttle was there right when I got out, it took over 30 minutes to get back to lot b/c he was asked to wait for passengers that never materialized.

Less than the Best Service

Generally, I rate AirPark a 5. But, lately, they have been a bit off. Last time I used them a few weeks ago, I had to wait more than 15 minutes for a pickup from the terminal. This week on Thursday morning, I pulled in where I am usually directed to go and only after I got out of my car, I was told to get back in and move the car because the AirPark staff were trying to pull cars out of the lot. Then the van driver did not put my small suitcase in the back but caused me to lift it up into the van. It wasn't until I asked for his assistance did the driver lift it up the last step. And, at the airport, I had to carry my bag down the van steps myself - I am 76 yrs old. I did not tip him as he did nothing other than sit behind the wheel. When I returned on Friday from my business trip and called as I normally do I was told to go to the pickup site because there was a van already there. There was not. I called and let them know that the van was not there but fortunately, another came pretty quickly. I hope these incidents are merely glitches and this does not become routine.
