I was so tensed coz I saw the reviews only after my booking. But for me I received the ticket with in 2 hours after booking and I have already completed my trip. There customer service is very bad, as I tried to call many times and it couldn’t connect.
Booked through Airpaz by accident when the initial intention was to book via direct with Airasia. Giving it four stars as google sponsored ads had placed Airpaz on the first search and with a strikingly similar color scheme of Airasia, safely assumed it was a booking app of Airasia without further thoughts. The first scare was when the booking confirmation was not received immediately until next day I started to search "Airpaz credibility" and to my horror found very very poor reviews on Airpaz. I checked in their website to realise that the phone number was +60 instead of +65 and my email was @hotmail instead of @gmail. (Perhaps I was busy checking the names and passport details and overlooked these infos) For the benefit of doubt, it might have been my eventual mistake but after googling/reading the reviews, I was more inclined to believe I was scammed. 9 out of 10 reviews were poor but decided that if I had successfully went through my holiday plans without issues, I would review them thoroughly. Now I am back from my Penang holiday and Airpaz delivered without issues. For clarity, the main notes as follows: 1. the booking process with Airpaz website was very easy, but please always check your details. I cannot imagine if there were any major mistakes as per airline standards and changes have to be made. I did not have to attempt calling Airpaz for this. 2. Note that there will be a processing fee at the final payment part. This made the prices only slightly cheaper if booking via direct but that actually made me more assured I was booking through an "official" Airasia booking app without further thoughts. 3. On revising my corrected email in Airpaz website, I received the booking confirmation via Airpaz very promptly but still I was uncertain and called Scoot directly and thankfully managed to find my booking against the booking reference Airpaz provided. Initially the Scoot staff could not find my booking (imagine the anxiety) but was informed by the friendly Scoot staff that the name Airpaz provided was without spaces. I.e Tan Ah Kow was entered by Airpaz as AhKow Tan. Also, you will not receive the Scoot booking confirmation as this was booked via Airpaz own email. I simply provided my first name / last name / date of birth for the staff to verify if my booking existed and manged to find the booking using these infos under "manage my booking" or "online check in" 4. For the flight via Airasia, they did not have a direct contact, I managed to find my booking confirmation via their chat bot after several attempts using the same method as the above and with booking reference. Note that Airpaz is a registered third party travel agency that Air Asia listed. That was good news to me. 5. Basis point 3 and 4, the booking definitely did exist yet I was worried if Airasia or Scoot had cancelled the booking or made changes, I would be left hanging without answers. Thankfully this did not happen and the flights were as scheduled. I cannot say much for the refund process of Airpaz as this did not occur. 6. Finally, I ensured I checked in online in advance. Airasia (14days prior) and Scoot (48hours prior). This could be done via the direct website by providing your booking reference and first name/last name as per the airline format. This doubled the assurance that I have a flight in place. My takeaway is that this company Airpaz delivered what I purchased (including a 20kg check in luggage) without any issues noted. I cannot comment on the customer service as I did not encounter any flight changes/cancellation nor did I request any further changes after booking with them. I hope it helps those who had/might have accidentally booked with Airpaz like me, thinking it was Airasia and bring some comfort that instead of being scammed, I had managed through the entire trip to Penang and back safely to Singapore. For Airpaz - for the many poor reviews I had read, please address them mindfully as I trust this company is indeed legit with the experience you provided was eventually pleasant and hopefully for more customers to come. I concerned alot because of bad reviews. Upon their website, ticket is supposed to get delivered in 2 hours but I didn't receive any. So I sent my concern via contract form as calling their number wasnt connected.Luckily they replied back to me soon and issued ticket some hours later.
I was so worried about I might got scam too after read all the reviews!! After I purchased the the flight tickets from Airpaz, I received email stated that I will need to wait to get the confirmation within 24 hours. But it only took less than 1 hour, and I received my booking ID number and receipts. I swear to write a good review if I success to travel and back. So, I had ended my trip so far! I'm very happy for the service.

Ive booked multiple tickets from airpaz we have booked from bangkok to cambodia initially we were worried looking at all the negitive reviews hence i tried contacting airpaz but did not get a response in the end when at the check in counter the booking went smooth without issues at all there was no need to contact airpaz i got the booking number itinerary almost immediately also one day before our flight they sent is a reminder to ensure we dont miss our flight. After read all the feedback and comments , i'm super anxious and stress that i might got scam too! Surprisingly after i purchase the ticket, i got an email require me to wait for 60mins then will receive my ticket. Only took less than 1 hour i got all the receipt & booking ticket. Unable to contact the customer service in malaysia, But i got what i need and with a better deal. So far i'm happy for the service.
I was so worried seeing all the reviews here while waiting for my e-ticket to be sent. However, i was able to receive it with the rest of itinerary details. Airline: PAL Type:Domestic # of Passenger: 4 Adults It was the cheapest ticket i booked. I feel its unfair to Airpaz if I didnt share my good experience to others. Dont worry, as long as your booking is not cancelled, it should be okay. I think the worst scenario is just during COVID-19, now should be okay. Using Airpaz easier since you can browse many deals. Coz sometimes airasia website is lagged.

I booked a flight from KL to Langkawi through Airpaz for Malaysia airlines and I received a confirmation email about 5 minutes later with all the booking and airline information fully completed. hi ,everyone , during this time so many customer say to Airpage is not good company , it was fake , it was scame etc. etc. , i don't know why they blame , for example you buy ticket bot cny technical problem or any flight schedule problem flight cancel or you cannot get you e ticket , dont worry you can contac airpaze help line they can solve this problen , so many people say they cannot got their refund money , but i got refund money easyly ,why every one cannot got i dont know , at last i say airpaz is very good company & their customer service is very good & help full. please never blame like this company . thanks again airpaz to solve the problem.
This is my first time I book online flight airpaz is the cheapest booking I book for 8 person we travel safe I choose Pal and the others are are asia.I truly thankful airpaz we encountered minur problem but it is already fixed the time of flight but it is okey.

Hi, the travellers flight should be august 1,2021 around 6:15am and i received a notice of cancellation july 31,2021 around 3pm and the traveller already have the complete requirements, so the traveller decided to cancel it since just incase the flight will be resched, the traveller dont have enought money especially with the re swab test so he decided to make a refund and then it says that it was rejected How come? I made a mistake while buying a ticket, I called them to cancel my order and the payment was reverted instantly (I used Revolut to pay, I imagine that with a standard bank it might take more time) I imagine that most of the bad reviews are people that get panicked because it might take some time to receive the tickets while processing. They seem to be serious.

I booked a flight from HDY to DMK through Airpaz for Lion Air and I received a confirmation email about 5 minutes later with all the booking and airline information fully completed. Since all these reviews say Airpaz is a scam, I called the airline to verify that the booking information was legitimate and they confirmed that it was. Not sure why everyone got ripped off, everything went smooth for me and it saved me a ton of money. Kinda made me panic for a second when I was reading these reviews but they really don't deserve the slander.
