Terrible
Terrible - I ordred blood tests for allergies - put my young children through pricking their finger and making it bleed to fill all the areas, something they were very concerned about doing. Only to be told via an email weeks later that the tests couldn't be done and would we like a hair test instead, no explanation of why. After enquiring why, they said they don't do blood tests anymore as the lab can't do it, however they do still sell the tests online.
Hello Anna, Very sorry on this occasion we were not able to meet your expectations and that your kids had to be put through the process. However, do to unforeseen and unavoidable reasons, we had to discontinue blood testing. Though you might see the test on our site, you wouldn't have been able to make the order. We would have offered another option to ensure your testing is done, as opposed to you not getting anything.
