The service is non existing. I was asking since month for my annual statement. Get already problems with the Tax office. There is nobody who supports you. Just a Bot and nothing else. Asking always the same, because the Bot is absolutely basic.

Customer Service on the chat with Daniel with the banking division was absolutely fantastic. I had a lot of questions a lot of issues with bank accounts and withdrawal issues. She was able to work through everything with me quickly was patient and got things resolved. This is what a top-tier broker looks like highly recommend working with aunt Futures.

AMP’s withdrawal process is a disaster. What should have been a simple $1,000 wire turned into a month-long nightmare involving 8–9 failed withdrawal attempts, internal cancellations, conflicting instructions, and almost zero meaningful guidance from support. Despite repeatedly providing Fidelity’s official wiring instructions, AMP kept approving then canceling wires, blaming “incorrect instructions” while the real issue turned out to be their own backend system creating duplicate broker profiles and failing to properly link approved instructions to withdrawals. Frontline support sent generic responses and videos instead of real help. It took direct Treasury involvement to finally uncover and fix AMP’s internal errors. After all that, they still charged me $110 in wire fees for failed transfers that were caused by their systems — not user error. If you value your time and sanity, be warned: AMP’s treasury operations are disorganized, opaque, and inefficient. Expect poor communication, repeated resubmissions, and unexpected fees just to get your own money out. Trading platform may work — but getting funds OUT is another story entirely.
We never want any customer to have this type of experience; however, we strongly disagree with the way this situation has been characterized. After a thorough review of all communications, our Treasury team provided clear and accurate wiring instructions throughout the process and responded appropriately at each step. We do not have visibility into the specific account details you maintain at another financial institution; if a receiving bank rejects a transfer, only the account holder has access to the precise information required to correct it. The delays occurred due to incorrect or mismatched submission details, not due to internal errors. Our team was responsive and worked diligently to assist within regulatory and banking constraints. Once the correct information was entered, the wire processed as expected. I contacted support because I had an issue with the data feed. They connected remotely to my PC and fixed the problem in a very short time — excellent support.

I am reasonably adept at using a computer, so I was a bit grumpy by the time I got to Collin trying to figure out how to use the AMP portal. While I still think their design of this screen is not that great, what I like most about my experience is that Collin handled the situation very well and solved my problem immediately. So instead of being upset, I left quite satisfied how the issue was solved - so thank you Collin

SUPER HIGH FEES at the end of the day about 30% of what I won is reclaimed by fees. Theres like 3-5 different types of fees and it really adds up. ALSO you have to use their own version of MT5.. and you can't upload any of your own custom indicators or do anything. The customer support is hard to reach and honestly sucks. I. hated my experience with AMP and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

If there is any confusion regarding fees or platform features, we are always available to review statements line by line and explain everything clearly…but the statements made here do not align with how AMP Futures supports our customers.

I am a loyal customer of AMP for years. Recently I had a problem with multi-chart. I contacted several customer representatives, none of them could solve the problem until today I met Collin. Collin is the most competent, capable customer representative in AMP on the basis of several years of my communicating with AMP. He solved the problem that others couldn't. I believe Collin is the best employee at AMP. He is way better than others. He knows what he is doing. He is very familiar with all the platforms offered by AMP. He definitely makes me a very satisfied customer and I will stay with AMP as long as you have Collin-level employees. Collin deserves a pay raise!!!
