Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support. Website says funds are available 3 days after the ACH deposit has been requested. Customer support says 3-5 days. 1. Docs say you request Monday and the money is available Thursday. 2. I requested Friday and the money was deposited the next Friday 3. Docs say an "Available Date" will also be displayed which does not exist. No, the docs are not very clear. A small change in the docs could go a long way for frustrated customers. Unfortunately, customer support is arrogant and says everything is clear and "will keep the docs as is." Totally ridiculous experience to have customer support tell you everything is clear when I was clearly confused. Response: Arrogant customer support still leaning into their own "clear", "consistent" timeline. Stop embarrassing yourselves.

I have been a customer of AMP Futures for more than 15 years, actively trading ES, NQ, CL, and YM in the futures market. What keeps me with AMP is straightforward: their commissions are among the lowest in the industry, and their 24-hour customer service is genuinely available when you need it. I have their support on speed dial, and while there are times, they can be busy, I have never been on hold for more than 90 seconds at most. When you do connect, you get real assistance from people who understand the business — no runaround, just solutions. I trade on both NinjaTrader 8 and MotiveWave, and AMP supports both platforms seamlessly. The flexibility to choose the tools that fit my trading style, without being locked into a single platform, is something I truly value. I also want to give a special mention to Freddy, who was an outstanding representative. He went above and beyond to help set up accounts for my uncle and his son. That kind of personal attention and willingness to take care of family referrals speaks to the culture at AMP. After 15 years, I honestly cannot point to a single negative experience. Red flags everywhere.
Red flags everywhere. I submitted an application for an account. It was rejected with no reason. On their site it says to reach out to support and ask nicely for a reason. I reached out to support and there was no response, waited 2 days and they never got back to me. Reached out to them again and they finally responded on chat telling me they can't talk about it and that I needed to email a different account management team. I sent a polite request, no response, bumped that request 3 more times over several days and never received a response. Anyone who trusts their cash with this dodgy pointless business is taking a massive risk. Avoid them like the plague

Collin was patient and professional dealing with my limited computer skills as he got my live data feed connected to my Ninjatrader platform. Skillfully and quickly got me up and running . Scrupulous, Responsive, and Trader-Friendly
AMP Futures has been excellent to work with. They’re scrupulous and take their responsibilities seriously — they don’t just authorize things on a whim, which I genuinely appreciate. It shows they’re paying attention and protecting both the firm and their clients. Their response times have been extremely fast whenever I’ve needed support, and the overall experience has been low-maintenance and straightforward. I had a problem with the live data…
I had a problem with the live data feed, I contacted AMP and a technical agent had been assigned to solve the problem for me almost immediately. This was not the first time that I contacted them for questions. They used to be super responsive with step-by-step instructions to show you what to do next and who should talk to. There are better brokers out there
Commissions way to high. Complete retarded full margins with red news events and with FED rate day even the whole day full margins. Not a great website interface at all. Everything is very cumbersome. Internal currency transfers and all that BS before u can withdrawal. I will just stick with Ninjatraders.
