Thankfully, Cherry on the customer service team was extremely helpful and guided me through the process on what to do. Cherry was supportive, courteous, and professional. She found the specific email and order number for my purchase months ago, despite the fact that I didn’t know which I had used, and directed me to the warranty claim website. She was committed to helping me and responded to every email I sent in a timely manner with a positive attitude. I cancelled my subscription with this company in January. I noticed on my billing statement a charge for July when I haven’t bought an item since January! I went back to February in my bank history and have noticed a charge every month! I ordered an earring bundle online because the physical store refused to sell the product, despite being advertised. When I made the purchase, I then received an email that I signed up for a membership trial for $3.95, which was a surprise to me. I did not sign up for a trial. Ana Luisa does not have customer service. They have a chatbot that refuses to refund this fraudulent fee. I've made repeated attempts to have the charge removed. My credit card company is now investigating the fraud. Buyer beware. This company has poor business ethics.
