I just stopped by Ashton-Drake for the first time, and I am absolutely blown away! The realism of the dolls is even better in person than in the photos. You can instantly tell how much care goes into the hand- painted features after watching their video. The delicate rooting of the hair and the weight of the dolls, which makes them feel so life like, it makes you want to hold them. At this time, I had to make a purchase of a doll, and another Item and cannot wait to receive them! I highly recommend!

The personalization was exactly as I requested, and the issue I did have was resolved in less than 3 days. I opted for email, so I expect calling would have expedited the process, but I tend to write more clearly than I speak, so 3 days was quite quick for me
