The service aspire provide is better than other digital banks
Great customer support . Highly recommended for entrepreneurs
I would expect to get to chat with a human to assist with my problem on a live chat.
Hong Kong is not a market priority for the Singapore-based fintech Aspire as servicing is poor and certain services are not available to HK clients. Let me share my experience. Companies that need to make monthly eMPF payments will realise DDA is not available! As a result, monthly payments can only be made via cheque or via specialized ATM machines. Make sure you do not have SG clients as for some peculiar reasons invoices cannot be issued in SGD using the app or website. Several templates (eg invoicing) the app or website offers are evidently designed for Singapore with GST and other fields not relevant for HK. Even if payment instructions specify transferor to cover all bank charges, Aspire will still levy charges. This means any incoming payments can never perfectly match your invoices. Customer service for HK clients is non-evident as either non-responsive or slow. They don’t seem to have anyone based in HK anymore. They recently revamped their UI but the chatbot help function still refers to old UI. Basically you are not getting any support. All this makes HK companies choosing Aspire as their banking service provider extremely challenging and frustrating.
Exceeded all my expectations- amazing experience and super fast.
I submitted every single verified document requested by their onboarding team—including complete US LLC incorporation papers, registered business proof from my home country, official tax filings, bank statements, and clear source-of-funds proof. After days of waiting and full transparency, they simply cancelled the account opening request with a generic "exceeds our risk appetite" template email without any reasonable explanation. Extremely unprofessional experience for legitimate, fully compliant business owners. Save yourself the hassle and look for transparent corporate banking options elsewhere.
So far the experience has been great and the help and attention Jeremy gives is amazing.
Horrible business. took over a week to open the account, transferred funds in from my own company account, was rejected, created a support ticket - wanted to kknow the exact reason, got a generic answer - and then support ticket was "resolved", asked for account closure. been 2 weeks and still they havent to do that properly. Stay away
Aspire in general have been really easy to deal with and they're much cheaper than most business banking options! The onboarding was great, and it's been easy to get paid by international clients. When I submitted feedback about a change to their invoicing they implemented a change to their systems in 5 hours to address it! Really above and beyond.
Straight forward and timely setup. Useful features in basic license.
So far so good in my short time with Aspire.
I have tried using Aspire's GIRO transfer, they promised 4-5 business days but it failed to transfer. Customer service does not want to take responsibility and responds very slowly. This has caused a lot of time wasted and operational bottlenecks. Will never use them again.
I had an excellent experience with the support team. The service was professional, responsive, and highly efficient from start to finish. A special thanks to Udit, who provided outstanding assistance throughout the entire process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to resolving my issue quickly and effectively. His clear communication and dedication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It is rare to receive such high-quality customer support nowadays, and I truly appreciate the effort and professionalism shown. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and customer-focused support. Thank you again, Udit, for your exceptional help!
Setup was slow, about a week. When i tried to fund my account - the funds was rejected. When i contacted support they gave the same generic answer that their mail already gave. Didnt even read my info carefully - that it was from the same company. Will shut down my account as soon as funds have been returned safely.
I had trouble with my payment links but Rose very quickly helper me solve it. Thank you so much for the service. It was excellent!
I am sharing my recent experience with the hope of receiving some long-overdue clarity regarding my business account. I have been attempting to resolve a serious issue for over 40 days, but I have reached an impasse and am currently looking for a path forward to recover my funds. My experience has been characterized by several points of concern that remain unexplained: Unexplained Account Activity: Several transfers were made from my account to new recipients. To my knowledge, no OTP (One-Time Password) was triggered to my registered contact points for these transactions. I have confirmed that my own devices are secure and I have not interacted with any phishing links, yet I still do not understand how these transfers were initiated. Lack of Visibility into Investigation: After a 40-day internal review, I was informed that no issues were identified within the platform's systems. However, I have not been provided with a technical explanation or evidence detailing how these transfers occurred without my authorization. Requests for Documentation: When I requested supporting documentation or further evidence regarding the internal investigation, I was informed that such information is confidential. Effectively, the company performed an "internal check on itself," and as the victim of this unauthorized activity, I have not received any answers or proof regarding what transpired. No Resolution Provided: Despite my attempts to find a solution, I have been informed that there will be no compensation from the company. I have been advised to coordinate with the Singapore Police Force instead. Need for Clarity on Protections: Iwas horrified to learn they are not a member of the SDIC or FIDReC. It is alarming that a company handling business finances operates without these standard industry protections, leaving clients with no independent body to turn to when things go wrong. My sole objective is to understand how these transactions occurred and to recover my funds. I am sharing this because, as a business owner, I believe it is important to be aware of the challenges one might face when a platform's internal investigation does not align with the customer’s experience.
