I am very disappointed with their kinky straight clip ins. The hair did not look or feel like kinky hair but rather a very low grade silky hair. DONT BUY IT. When I complained to the company, their advise was to ‘fluff it up’ - how ignorant. I asked for a refund but they persuaded me to keep it by saying that it may get lost and it will be my liability. Moreover I only got 30% back after several angry emails. I’m very sorry that I wasted my hard earned money on this - and wished I spent a little more money and bought quality. Also very disappointed that I listen to a YouTubeer on this product. Please do not waste your money on this hair!!!
