Atlys has a very good service when it comes to one-on-one consultation. We were mapped to Gagan from the Schengen visa for Portugal. He clarified all our concerns and suggested immediate action on the same. He helped us even during weekends. First there was some issue with travelling insurance, then bhavya who is senior concerned person in atlys called me back and solved my grievance and made my travel smooth. Thanks to her. Only a single suggestion is atlys should keep one support calling system where one can discuss the problem related to visa or other issues with some human agent instead of Artificial Intelligence. Otherwise, we got our visa in no time. Dats true!!

24x7 service. Was there anytime n everytime i need them for a question when in doubt. Very smooth very quick did my paperwork’s overnight and got my paperworks done in time. Now im waiting for my visa approval. If my visa gets approved it will be totally worth it.
