Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would.
It’s been over five months and I’m still chasing them for a visa. The fees were paid on 17th February, yet there has been no proper resolution. Every time I follow up, I get a different answer or another excuse.
The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. It genuinely feels like no one knows what they’re doing. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and customer service is unacceptable.
Looking through the reviews, I can see I’m not the only one facing this frustration. Instead of focusing on ratings, the company should focus on delivering the service customers have already paid for.
After five months of waiting, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.Better they shut down

★☆☆☆☆ Absolute Nightmare – Ruined Our Entire Trip!
My friend and I applied for our visas through Atlys, and it was the absolute worst mistake we could have made. Don’t be fooled by their "easy application" gimmick the moment they take your money, they completely stop caring about you or your visa.
Here is why you should NEVER trust Atlys:
* Horrible Customer Support: We had to call them literally thousands of times just to get an update. Every single time, we were brushed off with the exact same scripted, useless response: "We are checking, sir."
* Zero Transparency & Privacy Concerns: We explicitly asked to see the final document package before they submitted it to the Embassy on our behalf. They flat-out refused. They take your highly sensitive personal documents but keep you completely in the dark about what they are actually doing with them.
* Total Failure: Because of their complete incompetence, our visas were REJECTED. Our entire travel plan collapsed into a total disaster, and all Atlys had to say was a casual, meaningless "sorry."
The Solution: Save your money, time, and sanity. Skip this app and find a reputable local agent. After Atlys ruined our plans, we went to a local agent, and we got our visas successfully right away.
Avoid Atlys at all costs! They are not worth the risk.

They actually know their job very well. After 28 years of international travel, used atlys just out of curiosity for my Schengen Visa. Process is totally AI based and human help is always there when required. Would definitely recommend, if your are travelling for the first time, or if you are a regular, and do not want to bother yourself with Form Filling and other hassles like Air ticket booking and hotel reservations. Keep it up.👍

I applied twice for south africa with Atlys. Both times lost my money with any reason. By the way I've been traveling to to SA since last 14 years. Just when I thought it's easier to apply online. They are BIG disappointment

I used Atlys to apply for US Tourist…
I used Atlys to apply for US Tourist Visa which had expired on 30 March 2026. I wanted to apply fro UAE but Atlys advised to apply from India as the appointments are easier to get there. They helped to get appointment in Mumbai within a month which was very helpful. Shivam Chhabra from Atlys was handling my case and we found him to be very efficient and responsive to me. I would recommend Atlys to anyone who is applying for visas for the countries for which they provide service

I paid Visa fees some 5,000+ for Dubai , after I my Visa was approved I was told to pay another 2000 to get my Visa. I don't even know it was a hidden charge or I was just fleeced, I had no time to engage so I jsut paid-up. I am back to my usual service provider.
