I applied for US Visa via Atlys and…
I applied for US Visa via Atlys and their executive Ayushi helped me organising the required documents for biometric and interview. Initially I need to do multiple follow ups to get my application submitted and then a wait or few weeks before getting the interview dates which came up before the stipulated time assigned initially by Atlys. Though App is bit buggy and certainly can be improved but it is better than their web application. Overall I am satisfied and recommend their services.

Poor Management
Your internal departments dont coordinate with each other. Like at all. I get calls of documents I have already uploaded and then after I tell them they check. No thorough examination of anything! I sent updated documents many times but the application was stuck and upon asking the reason I was given by the agent on call is "Oh, I "Thought" that is the same as previous one"! Also I got call to upload my passport blank and stamped pages like 5-6 times and every time I told that my passport is already with atlys!

Fantastic Job I have applied for a Schengen Visa and Rohit and his team did an amazing and a thorough job of getting my visa in 3 days and a 5 year visa which is outstanding and commendable . I always trust Atlys for my visa work they are the best .
