Aukey sponsored a campaign on Indiegogo for something they call the "CrispX" Air Fryer with a Delivery Date of June 2021. After months of waiting and hundreds of complaints, they stated (falsely) that a ship was somehow stranded in the ocean & this is why nothing had been shipped.
On June 16th, they announced that product would ship in "Early July".
On July 15th, after another month of silence, they announced that there were problems in production, that the new Delivery date would be late July or early August.
On July 21st (after hundreds more complaints), they announced "good news" ... that "Tracking Numbers" would be available in 45 days. Meaning the Phantom Product would arrive sometime in October ... but nobody believes this.
All they have done, is to keep kicking the can down the road, after having raked in $136,000.00 dollars from gullible (stupid) backers, such as myself.
Most of the backers are now expecting "good news" in August or September, with more delays for this phantom product.
BEWARE, stay away and don't fall for the slick presentation. They are selling vapor-ware, they are fraudulent and this project is a fraud.
UPDATE: As of November 20th, they still have thousands and thousands of people begging for info, as to WHERE their order is. Thousands more asking for refund, yet getting no reply. It has been months since my original review, things have gotten worse, not better.
Aukey DR02 front & rear dash cam. I've got 3 pairs of these dash cams installed in 3 different cars. Unfortunately, I bought 3 of these before I realised how appalling and unprofessional their 'customer service' is and also how unreliable their build quality is. These dash cams are "ok", not excellent quality, but ok, and the supplied cables are terrible, cheap Chinese import cables that break down. The easiest way to describe it is they are cheap electronics, built cheaply, but sold for top dollar. Replacements parts are difficult to source and also reinstall in your car.
In all, they are terrible product quality supported by an incapable customer service department who are more keen to find ways of finding a way out of their so-called guarantee rather than actually help and assist you with your issue.
Would I buy Aukey again? NO! Definitely NO.
I'd opt for a better quality make that are available in a similar price band, where their customer service is actually helpful and professional and the quality of the product is actually good.
Worst customer service ever and bad quality earphone
Earphones stopped working after 3 months of use. No damage.
The customer service is horrible to say the least.
P.s: We ordered from German amazon to The Netherlands.
I e-mailed about the issues, got some tips on how to resolve the issue. Issue was not resolved.
They told me the model I had was not in stock, I could choose a different model. (I could still order the one I had myself but alright)
After choosing a different model they asked for my address. I send my address. They replied it was not a german address and if i had a german address because it was germen amazon. I did not have this. They e-mailed me saying they could refund my amazon account. I told them it was a great solution. Than they told me they could not do it due to systemic reasons but they could send the money through paypal or send me the earphones after all. I told them great! Send me the earphones. They e-mailed me asking for my address again. I did this. They e-mailed me back saying they could not send then because it was not a german address. I sent them back my paypal account again and told them that I do not care what they do, I either want my money on PayPal, Amazon or just new earphone. They replied to this asking for my Paypal (which I had already send 2 times by now).
No solution yet. But don’t buy the earphone, especially ep-n5. I read too many stories of them breaking within months.
Good customer service does not have to be hard.

If their product arrives and works it’s fine. Any customer support is very unhelpful and frustrating. Have had to deal with their customer support for a product on Amazon and also on an undelivered product on Indiegogo.

I am having a very bad experience getting support on their ear pods, aukey ep-t18nc. I like the quality of the product, but they are refusing to support them in helping me fix a problem. Somehow the configuration changed and only 1 of the pods has sound. Fooling around with the commands I can change from left to right and back, but only 1 has sound. I emailed them for support and they refuse to give me any advise unless I give them my order #. I cannot locate where I bought them from, but all I want is support. They have a canned message saying they are sorry, but refuse to answer my simple question unless I provide an order #. This is unbelievably inane and frustrating. I'm sure a simple configuration command could resolve this, but they refuse to help.
I purchased a pair of wireless earbuds from Aukey and they have the most Absolutely outstanding sound quality, fits perfectly in my ears, amazing appearance and everything is just amazing. I totally recommend
I was first scared to purchase earbuds which was £50.00 but took a risk and now I don't regret purchasing them. They sound freaking awesome I prefer them then apple airpods. Great sound not only that but bass is awesome. Thank you for this awesome product. One suggestion it would be nice to have like battery status for case and both airpods implemented for android and ios.
I received this product as a gift, to be able to see google maps while driving or talk on the phone without distractions and I am delighted. very easy to use, good quality and perfectly suitable size for use

Aukey table lamp with touch tensor and color changing RGB & dimmable warm white light was delivered quicker than expected and does exactly what it says on the box. I bought a second.
This product is perfect and so well made. I am definitely more impressed then I thought. I will be looking into other products and shopping for Christmas

I purchased 3 cameras. 2 had to be returned. This camera has been discontinued so the company offered to refund me BUT NOW since the time ran out due to their slow reaction the refuse to comply. BEWARE!! Find a different brand!!!
I Recently switched from an HP to a Mac for work. I had so many accessories that would not connect. I decided to purchase the Aukey link. It works terrifically! It even allows me to hook up my old hdmi. I'm thrilled!
Aukey make a good powerbank, but it stopped working after 13 months and even though the failure was with the product and not caused by any damage, they refused to honour the 24 month warranty.
2 star and decreasing. Ordered a product that was advertised on 9to5mac.com with at 20% discount code. Code wasn't honored even though it was displayed as honored on the aukey website and I was charged full price, charged to my credit card, instantly. Complained to Aukey about the bait and they said (basically) "too bad". One month later, my $54.99 charged product has not arrived and Aukey will not even respond. Beware, beware. Will have to contact credit card company next. Their products seem to get ok reviews. Their customer service is as bad as it gets.
I got the Aukey Car Phone Mount for Christmas and it is amazing! It even leaves a place for your cord so you can still charge you phone while it is in the mount. I would definitely buy this again!
I received the car mount as an early Christmas present and I immediately went to my car to attach it. It was very easy to attach and my phone fit right in, it didn’t scratch and it fit like a glove. I can tell it’s going to keep me from looking down to see directions and change music. And all this for a very affordable price!
