Customers frequently mention that the reservation process is remarkably smooth, efficient, and very straightforward to complete across various international travel destinations. Many people strongly appreciate the transparent booking fees, reasonable overall costs, and competitive daily rates available when securing their vehicle rentals. However, some customers also noted frustrating challenges regarding slow customer support response times, limited availability, and unhelpful assistance from partner rental agencies during trips. Some reviewers experienced unexpected additional expenses, mandatory insurance charges on site, and significant difficulties when attempting to secure refunds or resolve frustrating billing disputes.
