Stay Away from this Company and Bank! They treat you like dirt and steal your personal information. I am a consumer with 850 Credit Score and I have all of the worlds best bank cards. They send you promos and offers and you decide to give them a try, I applied and they collected all my personal information and ding my credit with several inquiries and in the end they deny you for no reason! These people are shady and Data and Personal information collectors.

Best rate, easiest process
Very easy to use, lowest interest rate for a fixed amount with a lower amount requested - most places wanted a minimum loan of $45k including my credit union. Everything was done online or over the phone including signatures with a notary. There’s no prepayment penalty, either. I only have one complaint and that is the amount you request is the amount you’re going to get - period - you don’t get to request a smaller amount at the end if you don’t need the whole thing.
The Fastest Process Imaginable
This was hands down the fastest, most exciting HELOC we've ever done. Everything was done digitally, and within just a few days (10 days total because we had some extra paperwork to get done) we had our money to start our home renovation. This was such an amazing process. Thanks Aven for making this an amazing experience.
