The process to get a loan was simple. I had a good credit score. BUT. They gave me a loan at 22% which I took because I was desperate. Then came problems, major health issues, death in family and the economy being the worst in years. I called to see if they can give me a temporary deferment and was denied. I was a little over a month late and the only way they can help was if it was less than 30 days. I would need to get caught up. Well, now I can’t pay and they aren’t getting any money. While I’m not sure my options yet, I know this isn’t good for them either. Way to work with your customers! I regret getting the loan and will never work with this company again.

Simple process overall. Just a lot of info thrown at you at once after you sign up - sofi offers a ton of add-ons on top of the loan process and it can be a bit overwhelming right after you just got your loan approved.
Sofi did not go by my credit score alone. They noticed my history and allowed me to save myself to recover from a house repair that was literally drowning me! I cant thank them enough for one easy payment. I can literally sleep at night again and know the end date of my finacial recovery without putting it on my home!! Based on my credit score 802 /no late payments ever/only 1 hard inquiry/ i should have known my interest rate during the soft inquiry. they are constantly bombarding me with text message, emails, etc to re-finance or HELOC however, i will never do busy with them again. it feels like a Bait N Switch to me. Below I'm guessing the date, i know i hve made (2) payments.

The web site for applying for a loan was easy to use and was able to complete application quickly. The processing of the loan was very quick, and funds deposited as designated within a short period of time. Very happy with the whole process. Would highly recommend.
