I'm writing this review with a 1 star for the following reasons Aven automatically sends a mail saying unable to verify identity which has actually been verified as I had gone through all the verification processes including the notary which I all passed and the next mail I got was unable to verify identity which is very frustrating because I don't even understand how that came about. Secondly, to even think you don't have anyone to complain to about the issue is even a worser frustration as there isn't any customer support apart from their email which they don't respond to
