Online process does not give you the opportunity to go back and review ot adjust terms 15 vs 30 year on HELOC application. Rate extremely high for me, credit score is 767, my payment history is exceptional. Their rate 10.99%. My current home equity rate 11.2%. So not worth the hassle of this high rate. All I wanted to do was consolidate 3 personal loans. Not my current home equity loan. Hate using AI and no real person.
