I ordered a dopplar, they deducted the money from my account. I never received it, they won't answer my calls, will not respond to emails. Do not order from this company

Never could hear heart beat. Stressed me out so bad I went to ER to make sure everything was ok.
Doppler works perfect! It is exactly what I was looking for to have extra opportunities to listen in as my baby grows. It also was delivered very timely.
I originally ordered the blue Doppler bc I’m still unsure of the gender & since they were out of stock they gave me the pink instead so that I wouldn’t get my order late & they also included a huge bottle of additional gel.

Still have not received when I was told it was 2 day shipping. It now seems to be stuck somewhere for a week now and no movement.

You sent me a pink doppler instead of the teal one I ordered. You decided since you were out of teal ones I would like a pink one! I did Not!

The company did well on getting my order shipped out fast. When my order was received one of the jell lids was damaged and bottle was leaking, it was probably damaged in shipping not the companys fault however still sucks. Also the jell was buy 2 get one free, I only received the 2 I paid for.

I used the same brand 6 years ago with my daughter and it’s lasted this long! I decided to buy a new one because the cord to the one was starting to go bad. Found babies heart beat at a little over 8 weeks this pregnancy. Only Doppler I trust!
