Only thing that’s not even really a bad thing was I never got the email saying the product shipped. I got an initial email thanking me for the order and saying I’d be notified when it shipped. It just showed up.

Service is no good.
The receipt email said I would get another email with tracking information which I never received. I reached out to support for tracking info and it took them a couple days. Secondly I ordered the Teal colored version for a specific reason and I received the Blue. Not happy with the service overall.

Worth every penny
Worth every penny! I’ve seen people say the 2 day shipping fee wasn’t worth it for them, but my Doppler did arrive in about 2 business days! It’s super easy to use. I am almost 14 weeks and after about 10 minutes of messing with it I was able to find baby’s heartbeat and heart it loud and clear! I’ve been struggling with anxiety in between appointments and this gives me a lot of relief! I will recommend this to any pregnant friend I have!

Needs to Communicate
Ordering is simple but I didn't receive any feedback after placing the order. No one ever answered the customer service phone number. I finally found out what was going on with my order after sending an email and that was through ups saying I had a package coming not because of the company.

Customer service/shipping/received different
When I didn’t receive tracking information and anything stating if my package shipped yet I had to email and customer service got back to me and sent me an email and my package had shipped but when I received my package I had ordered teal color and I got blue I emailed customer service again but never got back to me :(
