Purchased the Squadron Lights for my front bumper. The quality is top notch. Added the clear lens rock shields after the install. Could not be happier with the result.
Problems with Road Glide LP6
Waited a month or more for a LP6 for a road glide. Once it showed I tried to install the following day 1 of the lights won’t stop flickering even after installing the anti flicker harness that uses scotch locks. As for someone who works with vehicle wiring on a regular basis scotch locks only cause issues! Removed the scotch locks and hard wired the two harnesses together. Called and they said they would send me a return shipping label through my email and didn’t for the flickering light. Also the cover between the lights was bent when shipped. (shipped in foam and box wasn’t damaged). I was told they would reach out to a 3rd party vendor but didn’t offer to replace.
08 Tundra Cust Service
Purchased some fog lights for my 08 Tundra. Love the lights but the customer service is the best. I needed some extra nuts for the install, called up, asked, no issues , they sent overnight. Can’t ask for better customer service than that.

Purchase front and back 30 inch light and I love them everyone always ask where I get them from and the brand I will definitely be back to get different one
Shop Elsewhere
Purchased mounting brackets and was shocked at the $15 delivery fee for one small bracket. I was expecting two brackets at least. The customer service guy, Cole Anderson, replied to me: ———— Thank you for your inquiry and sorry to hear about your disappointment on the cost of the bracket. The mounts we offer are from Axia Alloys out of Arizona. Our shipping rate is a flat rate shipping regardless of what you order, which is fairly low given the box sizes our lights and other components arrive in. I do have a slightly blemished bracket I can ship out to you at no cost with expedited shipping if you are interested. If there is anything else I can assist you with, please let me know. ——- I accepted his offer and never heard back from him again. He ghosted me. I’m done with Baja Designs. If he didn’t want to follow up or live up to his offer, fine. I can deal with it. But don’t make offers and then ghost the customer.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. One star only because it’s required but I would give no stars if optional. Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. Instead of being helped I felt ignored and dismissed. My concerns were I ordered the Amber Baja Lights for a 2017 Harley Davidson as a gift back in December. Few weeks had gone by and no update of my order . I just received the order on 01/27/2026 . After a month I called multiple times no one answered or called back. I sent out numerous emails inquiring about my order and if it could be escalated to someone higher up as no one was responding to my emails. When I finally received a call back after 5/6 follow ups I was notified that the item was out of stock due to a vendor issue. And that I would MAYBE receive my order at the end of January. I expected basic professionalism and clear communication none of which I experienced. This interaction left me frustrated. A business should value their customer and unfortunately that was not the case here.

great but lacks security
I'd give it a 5 but the support for securing these expensive externally mounted lights is woefully lacking. Build quality and performance is absolutely top notch, on the LP6 lights I'm using. But I'd really like optional support for security for -ALL- bolts + nuts used here. These are easy to steal in a minute, for anyone with a basic tool on hand.

Baja Designs lights, components, and customer service has been absolutely top notch. My LP4'S have helped me see in some pretty sketchy situations both on and offroad. Hoping to be able to grab me a set of they're new headlights soon.

The Baja Design team is top notch! Highly recommended for not only the products they offer but the support that’s available when needed. Had some specific questions about loads on a 3 light / switch set up while installing lights on Sprinter Van. Was connected directly to a team member who gave me all the information needed. No time wasted on hold or getting kicked around to the right team member.
All around great company.
Customer service was extremely helpful making sure I got the parts I needed from the start for my application without the endless cycle of ordering pieces I didn’t think of. The products speak for themselves in quality. They throw an amazing amount of light and the ability to swap lens based on application works great. I’ll be buying more when I get to the next project.

Easy selection on website. Confirmation email received right after order was placed. Lights received within a couple days. Solid wire harness - easy install. Time to keep adding to the collection.
