Cancelled order
Ordered from them with 3-5 days quoted delivery. 5 days later receive an email to say its out of stock and they've cancelled my order. Why did it take 5 days to tell me you haven't even got any?

Hey Yunix! Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you don't think we helped you resolve your case. I see that you bought a product containing 5 pairs of eye masks. But that we unfortunately accidentally wrote that this contained 50 pairs of eye masks in the product name. We corrected the information on the website as soon as you notified us and offered you to send the product back for a full refund as you also requested. We apologize once again for the mistake on our part! Wishing you a continued nice day, Best regards, Customer Relations💜 Mail: [email protected]
