The product was sent to my old address, only sent me Bring website to check and did not help to track. The products are lost and money was paid.

Hi Anna-Maija! I can see that you put in your order 13 April, which was a public holiday. The order was sent from us and delivered to Bring the next day, 14 April. You chose Bring Postpakke as delivery, which normally is delivered within four working days. I can see that the parcel was delivered in your mailbox 21 April, which is after exactly four working days 🙂 You are free to choose options with faster delivery, like the other option from Bring that is sent with tracking.
