I got the first bare case in March. As advertised, the case is very thin and really show off the iPhone design. However, after three months, one corner of the case got wrapped and the iPhone can slip out of the case. After contact customer service, they agree to send me a new one. Hope this one will last longer.

I love the aesthetics of all the BARE Cases so I was excited to have mine arrive and one of them god damaged with the wireless charger I had in my car days after getting them and John went above and beyond to reunite me with a new and pristine one. I appreciate it so much thank you BARE Case fam!

The case cracked as I was putting it on my phone. The company refused to give me a refund as they claimed that I'd dropped it. They stated that if I wanted a replacement I'd have to pay another $15. Since then, (one month ago) it's cracked in the opposite corner. Awful quality, especially for $50.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We apologise to hear that your Naked case has cracked upon putting it on your phone. We do include installation instructions clearly on the left of the box which you can follow and would be able to get the case on your device safely.
At 0.35mm, its structural form will be damaged when bent pass a certain level, which you’ve mentioned happened while you were installing it.
Regarding the email thread you had with our customer representative - we’ve not once said you dropped your device, but rather explain what we’ve kindly reiterated above.

I'd been without a case for too long. I was having nightmares of my phone getting stepped on or dropped and shattering. I saw an ad on Facebook for Bare Cases and I liked their sleek look so I ordered one. To my dismay, when my order arrived, it occurred to me that I had ordered the wrong size by mistake. I contacted Bare customer support and they quickly replied and were able to reship me the case I wanted at a very reasonable cost.

My experience with Bare cases have been amazing. I initially ordered the wrong case and they very generously sent me a new Bare Armour case. I’m so picky about the case I put on my new iPhone every year. This Bare Armour case has exceeded all of my expectations. It’s slim in design, feels great in the hand and is protected against drops. Fantastic!

Just received my Bare Armour - for iPhone 12 Pro and it's great. I don't get what people that cry / complain expect in terms of protection and safety from drops. Here is an idea, be careful with you 1.300$ device. The demonstration videos, should not be replicated by you and then complain to the company.
Great and stylish, allowing the great design to show through. It might be a bit pricey if you don't get in on a discount, but whatever.
Only complain is, the screen protector includes only one protective glass inside and doesn't have a tool for you to perfectly align it. If you do a mistake, then you threw away some money. That is something that should be improved.

1. Highly recommend BARE cases. I bought 2 cases from them. I highly recommend the MagSafe BARE case. Works well with mag safe products. Protects your phone without being bulky. BARE naked ex if you really like to show off your iPhone, very slim which I really like.
2. They have the most AMAZING customer service. I made an error with my purchase and they handle it really fast.

I accidentally ordered the wrong case the first time I ordered one from Bare. When I wrote to ask for an exchange, the Bare rep, Jesse, said they would allow the exchange and all I had to do was Pay shipping for the new case. Int came the other day. Very helpful and cooperative. I really like their cases; I have the clear case now for my iPhone 12 Pro and it is the closest one can get to having the original feel and appearance of the iPhone.

Superb customer service and yet the best case i ever bought
I had issues on my first purchase but I was amazed how fast and positive it was handled. The case itself was a bit pricey compared to others but it was all worth it. I bought 2 cases - Bare Naked and The Bare Case - bot im really impressed; but i use Bare Naked more since it feels like there’s nothing on it.

Best case I’ve had for that middle ground of protection and minimal bulk.
Really love this case! I’ve dropped and hit my phone a few times now and not only has my phone been completely Protected but the case doesn’t have any dents or scratches either so it’s really a sturdy product. I like the inserts for the volume and power button. They didn’t need to add that customization but it’s great! My MagSafe charger works just fine through the case and it’s so thin! Barely noticeable! Honestly with past phones and past cases I’ve always had periods where I would take the case off and use my phone as is because the case would make it so bulky and I just liked the feel of the iPhone or I would risk breaking my phone by getting a thin case with little to no protection. This case is that perfect middle ground/ compromise. With this case I don’t have that same urge because it’s not a huge difference which actually prompted me to finally write a review because I took it off today hoping to get that same feeling of the thin phone but the case literally adds no noticeable thickness to me so I just popped it back on. It’s obviously not going to be as durable and protective as other cases but if you’re like me and still want the size of the phone to be the size of the phone but want some kind of protection then this is it. It seems to really take the hits and falls well and the lip of the case is just tall enough that if the phone lands on its face it’s not hitting the ground itself. Great product.

This is seriously one of the best cases I’ve ever owned. Very sleek and hip. It feels great in the hands and there’s not too much grip, or too little. It feels nice and glossy as well. Also The buttons make pressing the sleep/wake button/ volume buttons so easy to push.

The white one is not available for iPhone 12 so I got the next closest one: frost. Looks weird and cheap at first but once you put it on your phone, the frost looks good against the white body. The thing is, this case is a bit slippery in your hand so it’s easy to drop the phone unless you have a wrist strap or something. Another thing that bothers me the most is you can hardly feel the volume buttons. When you happen to have no earbuds with you and want to adjust the volume quickly without looking at the volume buttons, that’s a challenge. You’d end up pushing the wrong button. Other than that it is super thin and sleek.
