The bare case look really good with my iPhone 12. Due to some of my problem with my old case, I got a very helpful fast service and even created one time offer for my request. This is one of the best service I have ever got from online store ;)

I ordered the Bare Amour case for my iphone 12 pro and the quality of the item is superb. Worth the amount of money I spent for the case in my opinion. The build is strong to protect your phone from falling but also not really thick to handle. There is an issue with the delivery however, but it is the responsibility of their shipping partner (Janio), I 'd put them out of consideration as the bad review is for Janio, meanwhile Ann from Bare Cases helped me a lot in following up to Janio regarding the shipping of my order while keeping me updated with the response from Janio. That 's one good customer service experience I think. Kudos to Ann, you are amazing

I like the cases but they have to be changed about once a year because they get looser with time and the phone starts to slip out of the case. Also the shipping fees used to be $3.50 but are now $19.99 which is absolutely ridiculous. I’m buying my new case somewhere else.
Was satisfied with just about everything but I experienced some scratching on the clear back of the case that was ruining the look a little bit. However, I reached out to customer service and let them know the concern and they worked very diligent with me to make sure I was satisfied with their service by sending me a replacement!! The phone case is very sleek, good looking and very durable. It fits the natural shape of your phone and doesn’t make it bulky but still protects it! Customer service was amazing! Excellent product. Very light but strong at the same time. Bare customer service has been exceptional: my phone was stolen after I placed my order and they replaced the case to fit the size of my new phone. Exceptional client focus in today's world!

Writing this review after few weeks of using the case. Love the sleek and clean look of it. Doesnt look cheap. It has a decent grip as well. Just a minor point, it was a little difficult to remove the case.

Case is peeling after just under 6 months of use, my purchase was on 2/7/2021 and cost me $69.90. I contacted customer service and thought they would replace given it was under 6 months and the premium price they charge for it. To be fair they offered me a replacement and I would only pay the shipping charge of $5.99, I rejected their offer and will seek out a higher quality case. It’s obvious they don’t stand behind their product 100% and that the quality is poor. I would recommend seeking out another case. I wish I could post photos showing how the frosted back is peeling.

Following your order number, I can see that you have initially reached out to us last March 02 inquiring for the warranty of your order, as you mentioned that you have dropped it. We have kindly asked for the photo of the damage, but we have not received a response from you after this. You then sent us another email last July 28 with the photo of your case, and we can see that the matte coating at the back of your case has been scratched off. Our Bare Armour cases have a plastic matte coating, which will not wear off unless it was scratched off with something sharper. While customer satisfaction is at the topmost priority for us, unfortunately, user damage is something that a lot of companies do not cover. However, we still kindly offered a free case to replace your scratched Bare Armour, as we did want to leave you with a less than perfect case. That being said, there is a small shipping and handling fee to pay. Should you still want to proceed with the replacement, you can follow the payment link that we have sent you last July 29. Thank you for your kind understanding, and we are still looking forward to reuniting you with the Bare Armour case. Cheers.

One of the best customer services I’ve ever received. The product is 10/10 and the customer experience is 11/10 ! I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size/model cover and they were so efficient in posting it that they posted it the next day (silly mistake on my end and all my fault). So I sent an email to BARE and explained my error, they responded back so quickly and told me to just keep and share the wrong sized cover I ordered and they posted me my correct case and I only had to pay for shipping. I could not appreciate them enough ! Thank you and I love my case! Feels as if I’m holding my actual phone without it being hidden by a thick cover.
