Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers frequently mention that the support staff is incredibly helpful, maintaining open lines of communication and sending regular photo updates and proofs throughout the entire creation process. Buyers are consistently impressed by how accurately the final bobbleheads capture the unique physical appearance and joyful expressions of their loved ones. However, some customers also noted receiving damaged or poorly crafted items, such as figures that arrived broken, leaning to one side, or completely unusable. A few reviewers expressed frustration with unhelpful responses, incorrect details on items, and difficulties in obtaining refunds for defective products.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Company admits they shipped a substandard product, blaming Lunar new year (which was a full month later than shipping) Despite the face that they sent an absulutely unusable product, they refuse to refund. I implied that they were manufacturing 5-star reviews and I stand by that. There is no possible way that this company has a 4.8 rating with the lousy product they are shipping. Buy anywhere else. I'm having my order re-done with another company
Top notch experience! I really appreciated all of the communication to make sure this order was perfect…. And it turned out great! From adjusting the color on the tail to adding numbers to the jersey, up to the twinkle in the eye of the mustang! Wow! They nailed it! So happy I went with this company. When it arrived it was packaged with such care from the layers of bubble wrap to the styrofoam cutouts. Great job!
WE WERE LOOKING FOR A CUSTOM PIECE FOR OUR BOSS AND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WE STARTED. OUR QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED QUICKLY AND CLEARLY. WE WERE UPDATED EVERY STEP, SENT PICTURES FOR APPROVAL. RESPONSE TO OUR EMAIL WERE WITHIN ONE DAY (EXCEPT WEEKENDS, OF COURSE). THE PRODUCT WE RECEIVED WAS BEYOND MY EXPECTIONS. I WOULD PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.
I have ordered 10 or more bobbleheads over the past 3 years from bbobbler.com for our employees and friends of our company, and they are CONSISTENTLY amazing. They are very communicative during the creation process, sending photos at each step to see if any changes need to be made. I have sent them some challenges (i.e. a bobble head of a runner wearing a full-torso rainbow unicorn pinata costume), and they always surpass any expectations. The likenesses they create based on just a few pictures is truly uncanny, and their attention to detail is artful. Can't say enough good stuff about these guys. Worth every penny!!!
Ordered a custom bobble head of my son and his wife from a wedding photo. From start to finish it was great experience. Joyce sent all previews to be reviewed before each next step. After final ok and confirming address it arrived within 5 days . Would definitely recommend and use them again. They do great work.
