Not the connection I was hoping for
I was given LOTS of offers. However, I wanted what made sense for my situation. I wasn't offered anything through Become. I was excited. Your ads made it seem like you really connected with small businesses. I did not experience that.

What’s most concerning is the lack of transparency around how business contact information is shared or displayed. We were not clearly informed that our information could be exposed in a way that would lead to this level of spam and harassment.
