I was surprised at the cost of shipping…
I was surprised at the cost of shipping increasing dramatically at the increase of a small rubber fitting. I would've ordered more but the shipping was almost the cost of the fittings I needed in bulk. But everything was exactly what I ordered and worked for the repair I needed to do.

Shipping small items is difficult because the cost of the shipping can often be more than the item itself - especially since we normally use premium services like Fedex and UPS. But if you feel the shipping cost is out of line, please contact us before you purchase and we can take a closer look to make sure the calculations are correct.
A+...BUT, w/ adjusted shipping arrangement
As in the past. BERL'S CSR services and parts conitnue to be 5+ STAR rating! Suggested Tip. FedEx shipping was timely, but due to past issues delivering to our location we decided to provide special instructions that we would for this shipment pick up at the FedEx shipping center instead...turns out this arrangement worked out perfectly for us.

Update - Improved customer service
Update: The company contacted me after this review and they are refunding the part of the purchase that did not show up with the original order. I didn't receive my full order, so when I contacted customer service asking for a refund for the part of the order I did not receive, they didn't listen and sent a new order out. But I specifically told them multiple times that I no longer needed the item because of all of the delays and just wanted a refund so now I am stuck with something I no longer need because they didn't listen in the first place and just send a refund....
