Struggled thru a fulfillment wait time and then a return for proper frame size, but customer service was great and everything moved along smoothly. Glad I paid for the extra coverage. Took ‘er out for its maiden voyage today and super pleased with the bike. Climbed like a goat and felt super confident on the descent - rode great. Honestly, don’t think there is a better bang for the buck out there. Immediately converted to tubeless and dropped 1.5lbs right off the bat - highly recommend the conversion. Oh, sizing - I’m 5’6 (ish) with 29-30” inseam and sent back a medium due to stand over height. Small fits like a glove. Overall, super happy with the bike and the purchase.

They do not have any customer service. Needed help with my order and never got a response back. Do not bother wasting your time and money with them.
Not responsive
Been trying to get a hold of them because I got a large bike instead of a medium. I also paid extra for the insurance too. I would not recommend buying a bike from them. If you have issues with your order you will not get any help. There were a few other bikes that I wanted from them, but now I know to not trust buying from them again. I highly recommend going to your local bike shop instead. Also my bike almost came a week late.

I didn't get half of the items that I ordered. I immediately contacted customer service by email and phone. Over a week later I have had no response. I've made several phone calls and created a ticket on their website. Nothing. Customer service is non-existent. God help you if you order a bike from them.

Order an item that says 3 business days express shipping, expected delivery say 10 days. Customer service told me there is no express shipping and that they can't help me. I recommend you buy from a reputable website

The Polygon Tambora G4 has honestly been one of the best bike purchases I’ve made. It’s comfortable, fast, and super fun to ride on both pavement and gravel. Horrible experience
Unfortunately my BikesOnline experience has been horrible. I was buying a bike for my daughter's birthday and they said it would arrive April 13th. After it didn't show up for weeks I tried to contact them but there was no way to get ahold of a real person. They kept saying they would reach out to me within 24 hours but that never happened. They finally shipped a bike and it arrived May 7th. When it came it was the wrong bike! They also asked me to install an app to track the shipping that asked for access to my email on my phone! Be careful!
