Dear Paula, Thank you for your past business. We noticed this review was posted on Oct 31st, just three days after your order was placed on Oct 28th. As mentioned on our website, our custom rings require approximately 10 business days for production, which is why the item had not arrived yet. Since then, we received your request to cancel the order on Nov 6th and have issued a full refund. We are sorry this order didn't work out, but we are glad we could resolve this with a full refund as requested.

I wouldn’t even DREAM of paying that kind of money for a CZ when I have lGD I have purchased with superior cutting, beautiful color and exceptional quality!!!! I would divorce if my husband purchased this stuff instead of an actual diamond…. And if you don’t want a diamond there are Moissanites with far better quality than what you see here…

They are the absolute worst company I’ve dealt with. It’s says you can return. However they dont return your call or email. Had to put a claim with PayPal.

Ordered a replacement 1 CT earring in White Gold. Didn't feel I should be charged shipping especially since a gave up a 14 kt earring back for plastic:( It's the little things that count and bring customers back.

Incredible customer service! Needed to match a lost earning to one purchased 10 years ago. Customer service representative was able to locate original order, match & replace earring. She also suggested specific backs to secure earrings to reduce chances of future loss! My earrings feel super secure and comfortable!!
