Poor quality
I have had Vinyl Vertical Blinds in two other homes and was satisfied with the product. I order vertical blinds for my kitchen patio sliders and chose a basic smooth pure white style #9306. I was impressed because this item was on sale for 50% off of $271.00. I thought that price was a great discount at $130.50. Sadly these blinds turned out to be cheaply made, so for the original price of $271.00 they are made flimsy. The wand is so flimsy that every time I open or close them I feel like it is going to snap, plus they get hung more times than not when I have open them. Very poor quality at an original price of $271.00 and only doable and serviceable at the 50% off. I would have rather paid more for a better quality. I called and complained and although the associate was respectful and sweet she offered zero solution. I am really surprised that the reviews are as good as they are. I ordered and confirmed the blind sizes and that they were 57.14 inches fabric size. When they arrived they were 55.00 inches Fabric size!! I needed them urgently because they were Coolaroo blinds that provide heat protection. I had a had a contractor modify them at a cost of $540. I called the company. They were supposed to return my call last week. The didn’t.

I don't give 5 stars. A company that does what it says and goes about it in a timely fashion gets three stars. Only when a company goes way above and beyond do I give 4 or 5 stars. Now, I have bought blinds from Blindsgalore for two houses. They are a reliable supplier who did a very nice job. I have referred to several other people who have had satisfactory experiences with them. I will use them again.

This company completely misrepresented…
This company completely misrepresented the blinds I ordered. The pictures on their website showed the blinds with similar color brackets and hem bar. I was also told that the hardware would be the same color as the blinds. When the blinds arrived they were a strong black contrasting color from the shades themselves, making the blinds look cheap and hideous. When I contacted Blindsgalore I was told it wasn’t covered under warranty because it was an aesthetic issue. I’m out $3,600. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
