I rated a well deserved “1”
I rated a 1 well deserved!!! I ordered 5 top down bottom up shades could not have been more excited. Opened the boxes put up the hardware only to find the shades would not snap on. The “1” that did was crooked at the top headrail and looked very sloppy!!! They didn’t respond until I made 2 inquiries and wanted pics which I sent immediately!! A week later I was told they were sending different hardware which upon receiving 2 weeks later was exactly what I had. I had a carpenter come by and he said nothing was straight except the hardware attached to the window sill. It took a month to finally say I’ve had enough please refund my money and after destroyed the blinds at their request it took a week for them to supposedly issue my credit and I still haven’t seen the credit a week later!!! I would not recommend Blindsgalore I don’t know how they have high ratings the customer service is slow to respond and not very helpful!!!!

Customer service was amazing. I called and left a message to make a slight change to our order and was promptly communicated with that the change was accommodated. However, our order took much longer than expected to arrive. It was 4 weeks before notification that our order had shipped, which was an extra 10 days after the estimated shipping date provided when we ordered. Then there were not a set of installation instructions specific to the style of blinds we ordered. Figured it out on the fly. The end product hung in our family room is gorgeous! The fabric samples and quality are amazing. We love the way they look, as well as give us the shade we need with the evening sunlight.

Purchased almost $3,000 dollars of their cellular night/day shades. The first 3 years they worked great. Now a 4 years the bottom of the shade is crooked. They have now troubleshooting to resolve the issue. They offered I could purchase them again. Just a heads up.. I posted the same review on their website and no surprize, they did not post it!!!! Really I would say all their post are "cherry picked"!! Take them with a LARGE grain of salt!!
Just what I wanted
Having a wide window was a struggle to find a blind that would work. This one is perfect. Just measured the inside measurements and they did the rest. We really like the motorized lift.
The No Drill Blackout Cellular Shades are very easy to install
The sun comes up here in central New Hampshire at around 5am in the summer and can brighten the entire room. We bought the No Drill Blackout Cellular Shades for installation inside the window frame. The No Drill feature really works well; it was great not having to drill any holes. The room is much darker as the shades block almost all of the sunlight. Some sunlight still comes in along the sides between the window frame and the shades, as Blindsgalore had said would happen, in their description.

Unbelievably customer service and amazing warranty policy. I had a couple of problems and every time I called, they quickly determined that it wasn't an easy repair so they replaced the blinds, completely TWICE! Eliza was professional, courtesy and extremely responsive!! I would do business with them in a minute, no hesitation.
