We recently ordered blinds for our newly remodeled home. The gentleman that came to measure made a calculation error, which has resulted in an installation delay with two of our blinds. The customer experience manager sprung into action and got in touch with us. She was very apologetic and has quickly resolved the situation to our satisfaction. The customer service on ordering my blind was great. However, I just hung our new blind today in the kitchen, and it takes two strong hands to pull that blind down to cover the window and it's not really easy to push up. I am very disappointed that for the price I paid, the blind should not be this hard to move up and down

Installer (Yuri) was courteous and efficient. Suggestion for consideration-provide customers with a complimentary plastic shade "pull/grip" for their $130+ shades.

Thank you so much for the great review, and for the shoutout to Yuri he is fantastic! Regarding the shade pulls, we actually can provide those handles for you if you'd like them. The main reason we don't usually suggest them is that over time, they can sometimes leave small dents at the bottom of the shades. That said, if you still want a set, I'm sure the store can easily get them for you—just let us know!
The associate that served me and the rest of the staff are all fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and professional.
The installers are fantastic as well. I have no complaints.

The service was great as she explained the differences in the blinds and materials. The service person took precise measurements and was installed perfectly. The installer was quick in installing the blinds and very clean to have the garbage thrown by him.

I had a fantastic experience with BlindsToGo. I had looked at some cascading shades/zebra blinds online prior to coming in store. The experience in store was informative, and quick due to already knowing what I wanted. The shades were ready earlier than expected, and the experience of booking an installation appointment online was quite straightforward. The installation was great, installer did a fantastic job, removed the old blinds,installed the new ones, no mess, very quick, showed me how to use the new blinds. My only regret is not taking samples home to compare them to my existing cascading shades (from another company) before I made my purchase. I love the shades I bought, the colour and overall look is fantastic, and the sales associate did ask me if I wanted room darkening shades, but I didn't realize I previously had room darkening shades and said no. That is of course my own fault, and not a big deal, I am still very happy with my purchase, the colour works much better in the room than the previous shades did.
