We are very pleased with both our repair work and our new motorized shade. The manager and store clerk were very helpful in helping us choose the right shade. The installer was awesome. All in all we are very pleased with our experience and love our new motorized shade.

The lady that sold the blinds to me was fantastic. The man that was there when I picked them up said just pull up to the door. He brought the blinds to the door and just left them there. It’s like he was doing me a favour. I am 75 I wouldn’t be able to lift the big blind. There was another gentleman there and he put them in the car for me

The ease of ordering even with a large selection. They came out and measured the next day and three weeks later we had beautiful shades that perfectly fit our area. If we ever meed blinds again or if a friend asks we would have one go to Blinds to Go

I got the wrong shade for the door That shade was installed and then broke The chain was stuck I was told that there was nothing that could be done about that and I’d have to wait weeks for the correct shade I had to find a paper shade at Home Depot I’m sorry that I didn’t use HomeDepot instead

My installer arrived on time. Very friendly but about his business. He did a fantastic job and in a timely manner. This my second time with blinds to go and I'm not disappointed. My drapes are perfect.

The roller shades are fantastic. The look good and function smoothly. The top down bottom up shades that were installed inside window frames look great and work well too. The top down bottom up shades installed outside of window frames look clunky and are not anchored well. My salesperson should have provided another option.

Blinds To Go are brilliant bought them for most rooms in our home.Have recommend them to all our family who now also use them and are delighted with them .The new twist and go are great no drilling so quick and easy.I recently did a review and by accident gave the wrong star rating Im so sorry for my mistake.They deserve the top star rating and more.
